在食指桡侧指甲根旁，距甲角约 0.1 寸处。

找穴方法
观察食指指甲桡侧，在甲根旁约一粒米大小处，按压有明显刺痛或酸胀感。

针刺手法
常规操作是将针垂直刺入皮肤约0.1寸（约3毫米），或快速点刺后挤出少量血液。根据病症类型调整手法：对于寒气较重的症状，采用点刺放血法（此时流出的血液颜色较淡且偏暗）；对于热证则通过摇动针体来疏散热气。
刮痧手法
用刮痧板从上往下刮拭商阳穴（可用水牛角、玉石等材质的刮痧板配合刮痧油）。适合缓解恶心、牙疼、喉咙痛、发烧、昏迷等症状。具体操作时，用刮痧板一角倾斜45度，借助手腕力量轻柔刮拭。
注意：严重心脏病、肝肾疾病、全身水肿、体质极度虚弱、贫血或易出血人群（如白血病、血小板减少患者）禁止刮痧。
