在拇指内侧指甲根旁，距甲角约 0.1 寸处。

找穴方法
观察拇指指甲内侧，
在甲根旁约一粒米大小处，
轻按有明显酸胀感。

推拿手法
轻按或指甲掐按
急症时可快速点压
临床亦常配合少量放血（专业人员操作）

针刺手法
垂直进针约0.1寸深度，或顺着手指方向平刺0.2-0.3寸，快速转动针体产生酸胀感后即可拔针。
刮痧手法
采用角刮法（用刮痧板棱角部位）轻柔刮拭少商穴3-5分钟，至皮肤出现潮红或紫红色变化，伴有局部发热或轻微疼痛即可。儿童及年老体弱者需减轻力度，皮肤破损时禁止刮痧。
